Blueberry Spinach Smoothie Recipe

This is a delicious power smoothie that is filled with antioxidants and fiber. You can use the recipe I used in my video or try some of the variations I have listed in the ingredients.

Makes 1 Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Frozen Blueberry, or Berry Mix (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
1/2 of 1 Banana or half of an Avocado
1 Cup loosely packed Spinach or Kale
1/2 Cup pure Pomegranate Juice, Carrot Juice, or Cranberry Juice
Optional: handful of Almonds or 1 tbls of Almond Butter

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend away!
