Bohra Fry Steak Burger:
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless fillet 4 pieces
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili pastes 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala power 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs as required
Eggs as required
Oil for frying
For topping:
Burger buns 4
Tomato slices as required
Lettuce as required
Mayonnaise as required
Tomato ketchup as required

METHOD:
In a bowl except bread crumbs and egg all ingredients mix in chicken and leave for 2hours .after this in a woke heat oil and add chicken roll in bread crumbs and then dip in egg and fry .when its golden then remove it .now in burger bun base apply mayonnaise and Lettuce keep then fold it .finally add tomato slices, ketchup and mayonnaise apply then place top slices and serve .

Chocolate Heaven Cake:
FOR SPONGE:
Oil 180 grams
Sugar 180 grams
Yogurt 50 grams
Milk 50 grams
Flour 150 grams
Coco powder 50 grams
Sweet soda 4 grams
Eggs 3
Warm water 50 grams
FOR FROSTING:
Whipped cream 250 grams
Chocolate powder 50 grams
Condense milk 50 grams
Coco powder 25 grams
Method:
Clarified butter heat and all dough ingredients mix then knead well .for filling in a pan heat oil and fry onion .then add ginger garlic paste sauté .after this green chili paste and chicken mince add and roast well .now add all spices add then roast .when chicken tender and all spices add stove off .after this kachori ball make and fill the mixture and cook on low heat till than golden fry .

Grilled Wings With Lemon & Herb Sauce:
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION:
Chicken wings with skin 500 grams
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt has required
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
FOR LEMON & HERB SAUCE:
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oregano 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Yellow food color few drops
Oil 2 tbsp
Water as required
Method:
In a bowl add chicken wings ,vinegar and salt mix then leave to marinate for 25 to 30 minutes .then add chicken and ginger garlic paste ,vinegar, salt ,red chili powder mix and leave to marinate for 8 to 10 hours in refrigerator .now lemon and herbs sauce all ingredients mix .after this heat the water in steamer and do the steam chicken wings for 35 to 40 minutes .now in grill pan heat oil and grace it .then grill it the chicken then apply the herb sauce .then cook well and serve .
