Ingredients:
2lb Boneless Chicken
Oil/Ghee as required
1 Medium size Onion
1 TBSp Cumin Seed
1 TbSp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 TbSp Roasted Coriander Powder
1 TbSp Red Chilli Powder
1 TbSp Dried Fenugreek
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 TbSp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
1 Cup Yogurt
200ml Heavy whipping cream
Method:
Fry the cumin seeds than add onion and make it golden brown. Than add boneless chicken and ginger garlic paste. Fry until chicken color changes and than add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt, and tomato puree. Cook it until almost all the chicken done than add yogurt and dried fenugreek. Again fry for 5 minutes and add heavy whipping cream!
