A delicious Pakistani cuisine.Its a rich recipe with yummy taste and aroma, its speciality of few hotels and resturants. Try to make this authentic, delicious handi and you can surprise your guest & family on your next dinner party!
Ingredients :
• Boneless chicken cubes 500 grams
• Medium onion 2
• Medium tomato 2
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Julienne cut ginger 1” piece
• Julienne cut green chili 3-4
• Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
• Oil ½ cup
• Yogurt 1 cup
• Fresh cream 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
• Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder ½ tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• All spices powder ½ tsp
• Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
• Water as required
Method :
• In a bowl add chicken , yogurt , lemon juice , red chili powder , salt , turmeric powder , all spices powder , cumin powder , coriander powder , dried fenugreek leaves , ginger garlic paste , mix well , keep in frig for marination for 2-3 hours
• In a pan heat oil
• Add onion and fry till golden
• Add marinated chicken and cook till semi tender
• Add tomato and cook 2-3 minutes
• Add water , cover and cook till chicken tender
• Add fresh cream and mix well
• Cook 2-3 minutes
• Add fresh coriander , julienne cut ginger and julienne cut green chili
• Boneless chicken handi is ready…….Happy Cooking
