Braised chicken :

Ingredients
Chicken breasts cubed ½ kg
Ingredients for Seasoning:
Oyster Sauce 4tbsp
Sesame Oil 4tbsp
Sugar 1-½ tbsp
Chicken stock 4 Tbsp
Ginger sliced ½
Garlic 6cloves
Basil sprigs few

Method :
Sauté ginger and garlic in sesame oil. Add chicken and stir-fry. Add Oyster Sauce, stock and sugar. Cover and cook over low heat until sauce thickens. Stir in basil and serve.

Hunza walnut cake:

Ingredients:

Walnuts 250 gm
Cinnamon powder ½tsp
Nutmeg powder ¼tsp
Honey 1/3 Cup
Butter 250 gm
Caster sugar ½ Cup
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence ½ tbsp
Semolina ½ Cup
Flour 3 Cups
Salt ½ tsp
Method :
Dry roast the chopped walnuts in a pan until fragrant. Add cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and mix well. Turn off the flame, add honey, mix & set aside. Beat butter, add in caster sugar and eggs, vanilla essence and add semolina, gradually fold in flour, salt and mix until combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Knead dough again and divide into 3/4 & 1/4 parts. In loaf pan, place butter paper, take ¾ dough, spread evenly and make a cavity. Prick with fork, add walnut mixture and place 1/4 remaining dough and spread evenly to cover the filling properly then prick with fork. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Cut into slices & serve.
