Today we will make a new thing in desserts. This is a Bread Malai dessert, it has the flavor of vanilla custard alongside the bread which taste like premium dessert in these flavours. It is likewise extremely delectable to eat, without eating it you can not have the foggiest idea about its taste. This is an extremely decent sweet, making it once and you will need to make it at regular intervals. Ingredients for Bread Malai Dessert:
6 – Bread Slice
5 tbsp – Sugar
650ml – Full Fat Milk
1,½ tbsp – Vanilla custard powder
1,½ tbsp – Cardamon Powder
1 tbsp – Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp – Milk Powder
2 tbsp – Fresh Cream or Fresh Malai
1,½ tbsp – Dry Fruits ( Kaju,Pista, Badam )
As per taste – Saffron (its optional)
Method and Preparation:
– Add 1&½ tbsp Vanilla custard powder in a bowl
– Add 50 ml full-fat milk, and mix well
– Add some saffron and keep it aside
– In a pan at low flame add 500 ml of full-fat milk
– Stir well, after 3 mins add 1&½ tbsp Cardamon Powder
– And add 5 tbsp sugar
– Stir well till the milk start’s boiling
– Stir Custard slurry mixture and add in boiling milk
– Stir well until we get a thick consistency
– Add some dry fruits
– Turn off the flame and cool down at room temperature
– In a bowl Add 1tbsp Powdered Sugar, Add 1 tbsp Milk Powder
– Add 2 tbsp fresh cream
– Mix well and keep it aside
– Take 6 bread slices, and cut its side edges
– Apply that creamy mixture on 3 bread slices
– And keep the other 3 bread slices on top of it
– Cut each bread pieces into a triangular shapes of 12 pieces
– In the same bowl add the remaining 100ml full-fat milk
– Dip each bread slice in our mixture bowl & place it in a serving bowl
– Now pour thick custard cream over these triangular bread pieces.
– Garnish with some chopped dry fruits.
– Now it’s ready to serve. Enjoy the dessert!!
