Bread Parcel
Crispy from the outside and soft from inside. Filled with chicken veggies, and lots of cheese mayonnaise – this chicken bread Parcel is loved by all. It’s a perfect treat on weekends. In fact, I was super impressed by myself because the bread/parcel was on point and the filling was yummy too. What else to ask for.

It is a very easy to make recipe and can be tried by beginners as well. The outside crunchy and inside soft texture of the bread parcel gives it a very scrumptious taste. Chicken Bread parcel are liked by children as well as but adults and tastes best when served with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

300 ग्राम उबला हुआ चिकन
30 ग्राम मक्खन
1 बड़ा चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 बड़ा चम्मच हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट
1/4 कप शिमला मिर्च जुलिएन
1 कप पत्ता गोभी कटी हुई
1 छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 छोटा चम्मच सफेद मिर्च पाउडर
नमक स्वादअनुसार
1/2 कप मेयोनेज़
1/4 कप चीज़ सॉस/स्प्रेड
2 बड़े चम्मच टमाटर केचप
