Sugar Pagu preparation
Ingredients
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1 1/2 cup
Cardamom – a pinch
Saffron – a pinch
lemon juice – 3 to 4 drops
Preparation method
Heat the pan
add sugar and water
stir well
add a pinch of cardamom
add a pinch of saffron
add lemon juice and mix well
let the syrup boil well (close the lid)
pagu is ready and keep it aside
Stuffing preparation
Ingredients
Grated Apple – 1
milk powder – 1.5 tbsp
sugar – 1 tbsp
cinnamon – a pinch
water – 1.5 tbsp
Preparation method
Take another pan
add 1.5 spoon of water
add the grated apple
add 1 tbsp sugar
mix well
keep in medium flame for 10 mins
cook till the water evaporates
add 1.5 tbsp milk powder
mix well
stuffing is ready
Dough preparation
Ingredients
Bread – 4 slices
corn flour – 1.5 tsp
milk – 5 tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Preparation method
Take 4 slices of bread and grind them
add 1.5 tsp corn flour
add milk (5 tbsp) gradually
mix well
add 1 tsp oil
knead well
Now the dough is ready
Gulab Jamun Preparation method
Divide the dough into small balls
Make the dough into flat dough bases
keep the stuffing onto the base
make into perfect balls
Take the frying pan
add oil
fry them till golden brown
Put the gulab jamun into the sugar syrup (pagu)
let the gulab jamun rest in the syrup for 5 hours
Now the Gulab Jamun is ready to syrup
