Ghee/Oil 3tbs
Onion 400gms or 4medium
Garlic 1tbs
Green Chili Paste 4tbs
Green Chili Chopped 2tbs
Black Pepper Crushed 1tbs
Salt 3/4tbs
MSG /China Salt 1/2tbs
Cumin Crushed 1/2tbs
Dough–
All Purpose Flour 1kg
Salt 20gms or 2tsp
Ghee 60gms or 3tbs
Water 2cups and 4tbs
Layering Paste–
Corn Flour 3tbs
Ghee Oil 2tbs
Baking Powder 1/2tbs
