To make Pineapple Kiwi Smoothie, we need:
1 cup roughly chopped pineapple
1 kiwi thinly sliced
1/4th cup fresh mint leaves
1/4th Tsp sabja seeds (soaked in water for 5 minutes)
1/4th Tsp nutmeg powder
1.5 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup coconut milk
3-4 ice cubes

Method:
Blend all the ingredients mentioned above until smooth and serve.

To make Blueberry Banana Smoothie, we need:
1/2 cup blueberry
1 ripe banana sliced
1 Tsp roasted flaxseeds powder
1/4th Tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4th cup curd
1.5 Tbsp honey
3-4 ice cubes

Method:
Blend all the ingredients mentioned above until smooth and serve.
