Buko Halo Graham Float
Ingredients:
740ml All Purpose cream(chilled overnight)
390g condensed milk(chilled overnight)
220g graham crackers
2-3 tbsp buko powdered juice
10g gelatine
1/8 cup hot water
Fillings and toppings:
1 cup green nata de coco
1 cup red nata de coco
1/2 cup violet sago
1/2 cup orange sago
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1 cup sweetened buko strings
6 tbsp ube halaya
6 tbsp leche flan
Procedure:
1) Combine condensed milk and buko powered juice
2) Mix well and set aside
3) Combine gelatine and hot water. Mix well and set aside
4) Whip cream on high speed until doubled
5) Gradually add buko-condensed milk
6) Whip for another 2-3 minutes
7) Add dissolved gelatine and mix well
8) Assemble: Arrange graham crackers in a container
9) Add 1/2 cup of the cream mixture
10)Add fillings
11)Add the second layer of graham crackers
12)Add another 1/2 cup of cream mixture
13)Chill overnight before adding the toppings
14)Add toppings
