Ingredients:
For the Jelly:
2 packs Unflavored Jelly powder, green or ( Buko Pandan Flavor)
1/2 cup Sugar
Pandan leaves or Buko Pandan Extract
4 cups water (According to cooking instruction of Jelly Powder)
I reduce water about 1/2 to 1 cup to make jelly more firm
500 ml All Purpose Cream
150ml Condense milk (Adjust according the sweetness you like)
2 cups Fresh Coconut, shredded
1/2 cup cheese diced
