Ingredients:
For Red Masala:
Coconut oil/नारियल तेल – 1 tsp
Red chilli (Byadgi)/ बयादगी मीरच – 10-12
Coriander seeds/Akha dhaniya/अक्का धनिया – 2 tsp
Fenugreek/Methi/मेथी – ½ tsp
Carom Seeds / Ajwain / अजवाइन – ¼ tsp
Black mustard seeds/Rai/राई – ½ tsp
Coconut oil/नारियल तेल – 1 tbsp
Onion/ प्याज – 1medium size
Cumin seeds/Jeera/जीरा – 1 tsp
Garlic / लहसुन – 12 -14 flakes
Turmeric powder/Haldi/हल्द – ½ tsp
Tamarind Pulp/ इमली का पानी – 2 tsp
Coconut oil/नारियल तेल – 1 tbsp
Purified butter/ Ghee / घी – 1 tsp
Onion/ प्याज – 1 medium size
Black pepper powder / काली मिर्च पाउडर – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder/Haldi/हल्द – ½ tsp
Curry leaves/करी पत्ता (कड़ी पत्ता) – 13-15 Leaves
Chicken / चिकेन – 500 Grams
Salt / नमक – 1 tsp
For Sukka Masala:
Coconut oil/नारियल तेल – 1 tsp
Red chilli (Byadgi)/ बयादगी मीरच – 6 – 7

Cumin seeds/Jeera/जीरा – ¼ tsp
Garlic / लहसुन – 6 -7 flakes
Grated Coconut / नारियल – 1 bowl
Turmeric powder/Haldi/हल्द – ¼ tsp
For Chicken Sukka:
Coconut oil/नारियल तेल – 1 tbsp
Black mustard seeds/Rai/राई – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds/Jeera/जीरा – ½ tsp
Curry leaves/करी पत्ता (कड़ी पत्ता) – 10-11 Leaves
Onion/ प्याज – ½ medium size
Salt / नमक – ½ tsp
Sugar/Shakkar/चीनी – 1 tsp
