Tips; Marinate at least 2 hrs or overnight. Otherwise the chicken will not get cooked well. Instead of lemon juice for marination you can use yogurt. Strain the blended mix well to get smooth & silky texture for the gravy. You can increase or decrease the level of cream according to your taste.
INGREDIENTS:
For marination;
Boneless chicken – 300 gm
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri chilly powder – 1.5 tbsp
Red chilly powder – 1.5 tbsp
Salt – for taste
Butter – to fry chicken
For the gravy;
Tomato – 1.350 kg
Onion – 320 gm
Cashew – 160 gm
Garlic paste – 2.5 tbsp
White vinegar – 3 tbsp
Garam masala – 1.5 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder – 4 tbsp
Water – 2 cup
Kasuri methi – 1.5 tbsp
Roasted raisins – 1 small bowl
Cream – 4 tbsp
Hot water – 1.5 tbsp
Salt – for taste
