to serve 4 you will need
100g butter cut into 3
1 large onion chopped
12 chicken thighs or 3 large chicken breast sliced
3 cloves garlic crushed or 4 tea sp minced garlic
1 table sp garam masala
1/2 table sp ginger
1 tea sp chilli powder
1 tea sp ground cumin
1/2 tea sp cayenne pepper
1 cup chicken stock
1 and 1/2 cups tomato based pasta sauce
salt pepper
2 cups cream
1 table sp fresh coriander plus garnish optional
note…second lot of butter goes in just before chicken
