Ingredients and Method
500 Grams Boneless Chicken
1st marination
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbspn lemon juice
1 tbspn Ginger Garlic paste
Mix well and keep 15 mins aside
2nd Marination
3 tbspn oil
Add 1 tbspn Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbspn Yogurt/curd
Mix well and make a smooth paste
Add the chicken and mix well an dkeep it aside 15 mins.
In a Kadai
Add 1 cup water
Add 5 diced tomatoes
1 small onion
10 to 15 Cashews
1 cinnamon stick
1 Black Cardamom
1 Bayleaf
1 tbspn garam masala
1 tbspn Kashmiri chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
Mix well and let it cook for 15 to 20 mins on medium flame
After that grind the tomato,onion and cashews and make fine paste in blender
1 Tbspn Oil
Add chicken one by one and cook on medium flame
For 10 mins and flip over and cook other side
Then Add 2 tbspn Butter
2 green chillies
1 tbspn ginger Garlic paste
Add the Gravy on cook for 5 mins on low flame
Add chicken
Add salt as per taste and 1 teaspoon sugar
Cook for 2 mins
Add kasturi methi and add 1 tbspn cream
Serve hot and Enjoy ?
