⅓ cup cashew nuts
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
6 Tbsp. fresh cream
5 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. oil
1 cup water
For Marinating Chicken:
500 gms chicken pieces (boneless)
1 Tbsp. ginger/garlic paste
1 lemon juice
½ Tbsp. red chilli powder (kashmiri)
