Butter garlic chicken-Easy chicken recipes-Simple chicken recipes- butter garlic chicken dry recipe
Ingredients:
For marinating chicken,
Chicken-250 gms
Salt-1 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Corn flour-2 tsps
Mix all the above ingredients to the chicken and keep aside for 2 hours.
For frying the chicken,
Butter-2 tbsps
Garlic-chopped 2 tbsps
Green chillies-1 tbsp
Vinegar-1 tbsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic and chopped green chillies, mix and fry a minute. Add chicken marinade and 1 tbsp vinegar and fry a minute. Lastly add pepper powder to it and serve hot as a chicken starter or as a side dish.
