INGREDIENTS:
CARAMEL SAUCE:-
1 cup of Sugar
25g of Unsalted Butter
1/3 cup of Fresh Cream or Fresh Milk
BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING:-
20g of Gelatine
1/4 cup of Water
Or
10g of Agar
1 cup of Water
2 cups of Fresh Milk (500ml)
1/2 cup of Sugar
Prepared Caramel Sauce
PRALINES:-
1/4 cup of Sugar
Handful of Almonds/Cashew Nuts/Peanuts
1/4 tsp of Salt
FOR GARNISHING:
Whipped Cream
Caramel Sauce
Crushed Pralines
