Hi friends welcome back to my channel today in this video I am going to share with you the most healthy recipe which is CAESAR SALAD .In this video we are preparing a healthy meal which is chicken Caesar salad and Caesar salad dressing.in this video we are making a classic Caesar salad recipe with grilled chicken and Caesar salad dressing.homemade Caesar salad with tender chicken and sauce. In this video I have shown how to make crunchy chicken Caesar salad?a truly healthy salad filled with crunchy lettuce,croutons and grilled chicken.This salad recipes get it’s amazing flavour from Caesar salad dressing.this salad is fresh ,earthy,gets its amazing texture and the flavours are extremely good!
MARINADE CHICKEN
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breast
Half teaspoon Italian herbs
Half teaspoon black pepper
Salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Half lemon juice
Method
1.Cut chicken into thin strips in a shallow dish
2.add chicken ,begin by mixing the marinade and Italian herbs
3.black pepper ,olive oil ,salt ,lemon juice mix it well give it a good mix until well combined
4.Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes on room temperature
(2 cos romaine lettuce )
1.Towel dry, properly wash lettuce leave if there is an excess water on the leaves just give them a light pat down with a towel until they are fairly dry
2.Set it aside for few minutes until completely dry
3.thinly sliced ,take the leaves into a nice tight bunch and slice them into a nice thin strands
4. place the lettuce into a large mixing bowl set it aside
CROUTONS
INGREDIENTS
3 slices crusty bread
Salt
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
METHOD
1.Cut it into cubes
2 placed the sliced bread into a baking tray
3. Add black pepper ,salt ,drizzle olive oil now with your clean hands rub all of that together until it is well combined
4.place it in a preheated oven for one 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown in colour, allow to cool down sit it aside
CAESAR SALAD DRESSING
INGREDIENTS
2 tsp anchovy paste
1 clove garlic
2 pasteurised egg
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
METHOD
1.in a grinder add anchovy paste,Garlic,eggs ,Dijon mustard,Worcestershire sauce,lemon juice ,olive oil ,black pepper ,salt ,add 3 tablespoon of parmesan cheese into it (sry I have forgot to shown in this video )grind it until well combined
2.Make sure the dressing is well mix, nice and smooth
3.Transfer it into a large bowl, add Italian seasoning
4.Check it for seasoning and then once done we can place this in the fridge until we are ready to assemble
GRILLED CHICKEN
1.Heat a grill pan place the streaky chicken strip into the pan and cook on medium high heat for three minutes
2.After three minutes they are beautifully golden flip them over and see them for a further three minutes
3.Set in after three minutes on both sides our chicken is perfectly cooked
4.set it aside
5.Repeat the same process
POACHED EGGS
In a boiling water add a tablespoon of vinegar ADD EGGS place it into the hot water for two minutes
ASSEMBLING
In a large bowl add lettuce leaves ,golden and crunchy croutons ,cherry tomatoes (completely optional )English cucumber( optional )chicken dressing mix it well
