Here’s the recipe:
CANDY CANE SHOOTERS
1/2 oz. (15ml) Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz. (15ml) White Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Half & Half
Candy Cane Sticks
Garnish: Whipped Cream, 1 Mini Cane
PREPARATION
1. Muddle candy cane sticks.
2. Rim shot glass in corn syrup and muddled candy cane sticks.
3. In a mixing glass with ice, add peppermint schnapps, white chocolate and half & half. Shake.
4. Strain mix into the shot glass and top with whipped cream.
5. Garnish with the mini candy cane. Enjoy responsibly!
