Preparation
Boil a cup of milk and keep aside. Heat a pan and put in 125 g of sugar and saute till the sugar dissolves and becomes golden in colour. Add the boiled milk to this mixture little by little and mix fully. Heat the pan and pour in 15 ml of oil . Put in 10 g of dry raisins and dry cashew and saute and take off the pan, Add 150 gms of vermicelli pasta and saute and mix well. Add 3 spoons of sugar and mix well. Add the caramel milk and mix . Add 100 ml of water and let it boil . After cooking for another 8 minutes add 200 ml of milk and mix well and cook for a further 4 minutes. Garnish with the sauted raisins and cashew and take off the flame and serve.
