Cooking:
In a hot pan, add a glass of milk.
Add 2 sliced carrots.
Let it cook for 10 minutes.
Let it cool. Do not put the mixture in a blender while it’s still hot.
Pour the mixture into a blender and blend the mixture.
Add 5 drops of vanilla essence and mix it well.
Pour it in a glass.
Add some dry fruits such as dry grapes, pista, badam.
Lastly, add saffron as a topping.
Voila! Out carrot kheer is ready. Taste it!
