Ingredients-

Carrot – 300 gms
Milk – 1 ltr
Water
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Cashew nuts
Almond
Saffron strands

Method –

1) Pressure cook the carrot and grind it to fine paste by adding milk.
2) In a pan, add milk and let it boil.
3) Add the carrot paste, caradamom powder, sugar, and let it boil for 10 min.
4) Add a pinch of saffron, cashew, almonds, and cook in low flame for 5 min.
5) Serve it warm or chilled.
