Here’s the recipe:
CARROT TOP
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Tequila
2 oz. (60ml) Carrot Juice
¼ oz. (7.5ml) Hot Sauce
½ oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
¾ oz. (22ml) Lime Juice
Cilantro
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass, muddle cilantro stems and combine tequila, carrot juice, hot sauce, simple syrup, and lime juice. Add ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into serving glass with ice and garnish with cilantro or parsley. Enjoy responsibly!
