Cutlet is a crispy and crunchy chicken recipe. They are made with boneless and shredded chicken. These are also called chicken patties or chicken Tikki.It’s a type of fission chicken recipe. Although the Indian chicken patties are made of deep or shallow fry, they are different from other fried chicken recipes. You can bake them in also oven also.
Ingredients
chicken-700gm boneless
onion-4nos
garlic-1ball
ginger-1pc
green chilly-5nos
curryleaves
bread-8nos
egg-1no
pepper powder-2sp
coriander powder-2sp
chillypowder-1sp
turmericpowder-1 1/2sp
garam masala-2 1/2sp
potato-3nos
carrot-2nos
cornflour-1sp
salt
oil
chicken to be mixed with pepper powder, salt, turmericpowder and water. then it has to be cooked well. water to be removed by cooking.make it dry fry. then leave it for cooling. then it is to be grind in mixi.onion, greenchilly garlic and ginger to be cut in to small. pan to be place on a stove and add oil to it. onion ginger garlic green chillyand curryleaves to be fried.then add turmericpowder garam masala chilly powder and pepper powder to be fry it well.then add grinted chicken to it and fry it well. add bread crumps to it when chicken get fry. fry it for 3minutes. then add cooked carrot and potato to it and mix it well. then make it into required shape. then make a batter with egg cornflour and salt. then dip it in the batter and fry the cutlet.
