This entire recipe is only 4sp on WW!!! And depending on how much you eat it’s approximately 1sp for 1.5 cups! Or eat as much as you want it’s guilt free!!
You can double this recipe and serve for any occasion or holiday all year long!!
Ingredients :
8 cups or more of Cauliflower
4 tbs Hellmans Light Mayo 4sp ( the only brand I use)
2 tbs or more Plain Zero fat Greek Yogurt
3 cups of vegetables ( I use celery, red, yellow and orange peppers, zucchini or any kind you like!)
1/2 vidalia or any onion
1 to 2tbs fresh dill
3 or more Straub or any sour dill pickles or regular kind
1/2 cup frozen peas optional
? Sprinkle or more of Garlic powder
Pink Himalayan Salt
Black Pepper
Paprika
Optional :You can add hard boiled eggs and /or fresh parsley if you want!
Directions:
Wash and cut Cauliflower
Steam in a pot for 10 minutes or however you like the texture
Drain well
Allow to cool
Add to a large bowl
Cut all vegetables, onions and pickles into small pieces
Add vegetables, onions and pickles to the bowl
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper
Add mayonnaise and yogurt
Mix and taste
Add whatever seasonings you want
Garnish with parsley and add paprika!
Eat right away or make in advance
Keep in a sealed container in your fridge for the most five or six days
I do NOT freeze this recipe!!
