Today, I want to share how to make Cheese in Hamburg steak, using leftover
Shokupan crust from the egg sandwiches.

I have already shown you the Menchi Katsu; this recipe is using the same hamburger mixture.

Japanese style Hamburger steak is one of the Japanese staples and our all-time favorite.

We have so many varieties of sauce or finishing just like American hamburgers.

This recipe comes from a famous restaurant in Japan.
When I saw it on TV, I should share it with you guys!

I served with my onion sauce, and it was a big hit!
