For chicken ball :
Minced chicken 200 gm
Fine chopped onion 2 tbsp
Fine chopped garlic 1/2 tbsp
Coriander string 1 tea sp
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Soya Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Butter/oil 1 tbsp
Water 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Cheese cub to stuff the meatball
To knead the dough :
AP flour 500 gm
Salt 1 tea sp
Butter/ oil 2 tbsp
Water 200 gm
For tomato Gravy :
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp garlic sliced
Salt 1 tea sp
Pepper powder 1/2 tea sp
Oregano
Cheese to garnish
