Chettinad Chicken Curry
Ingredients
Chicken – 700 grams
Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoon
Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Dry chilli – 4 to 6
Bay leaf
Star anise – 1
Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon stick
Kalpasi (black stone flower)
Cloves – 5
Grated coconut – 3 tbl spoon
Curry leaves
Gingelly oil – 3 tbl spoon
Chopped shallots – 150 grams
Ginger garlic paste – 1½ teaspoon
Tomato – 2
Turmeric powder
Salt
