Ingredients for Chettinad Chicken :
For Marination :
1/2 kg Chicken
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Lemon juice
Salt as required
For Chettinad Masala:-
2 tbsp seasame oil
2 tbsp finely chopped Coconut
1 Bay leaves
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
10 Red Chilli
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
2 Green Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
2 Black Stone Flowers
1 Star Anise
2 Cloves
1 inch piece Cinnamon
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Water as required
