INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces – 1/2 kg
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Squeeze half lemon
Mix well
Keep aside
Dry chilli – 3
Star anise – 2
Cinnamon – 2 pieces
Cloves – 3 to 4
Bay leaves – 2
Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
Cardomom – 2
Cumin seeds
Fry sometimes
Add some grated coconut
Fry until golden brown colour
Transfer into mixer jar
Grind with fine powder
Finely grind and keep aside
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Chicken masala – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Just fry for one minute in low flame
Oil – 4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Chopped onion – 1
Saute well
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Sliced onion – 1
Saute Well
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon { as for taste}
Add chicken pieces
Close lid and boil for 5 minutes
Add the fried powder
Add the grinded powder
Little water
Mix well
Close and boil for 8 to 10 minutes
