Chicken 65 (Dry) Recipe
Ingredients for 4 serving
Chicken (boneless) – 350 gm
Rock salt – as per your taste
Curd ( little sour) – 1/4 cup
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Rice flour – 3 tbsp
Tempering ingredients
Chopped garlic – 1+1/2 tbsp
Bunch of curry leaves
Green chili – 1 piece
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
1. Firstly add all the ingredients except the rice flour. Mix them all together and marinate for 1+1/2 hours.
2. After 1+1/2 hour add rice flour into it and make a thick pakoda batter.
3. Now deep fry the chicken, 4-5 minutes.
4. For tempering, take oil, chopped garlic, green chili and bunch of curry leaves.
5. Add the fried chicken into it and toss them well.
6. Your chicken 65 (dry) is ready, enjoy ?.
