Crispy Chicken 65! The deep-fried chicken dish originating in South India is loved across the globe today. It can be had just as an evening snack or even as a party starter. Learn the perfect way to make it at home using this simple recipe.
Ingredients –
For Marination:
Curd – 1 Cup
Cumin – 1 Teaspoon Powder
Turmeric – 1 Teaspoon Powder
Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli – 2 Teaspoons Powder
Garlic – 1 Tablespoon Paste
Ginger – 1 Tablespoon Paste
Corn Flour – 2 Tablespoons
Salt – To Taste
Chicken – 2 Cups Diced
Oil – For Frying
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Garlic – 1 Tablespoon Paste
Ginger – 1 Tablespoon Paste
Green Chilli – 2 Teaspoons Chopped
Red Chilli – 1 Teaspoon Powder
Curry Leaves – 7-8
Method –
1. Marinate Chicken with curd, spices, Ginger Garlic Paste, Corn Flour and salt.
2. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hrs.
3. Heat Oil and deep Fry the marinated chicken until its golden brown.
4. In a Pan, add some oil.
5. Sautè ginger garlic Paste & freshly chopped chillies.
6. Add some red chilli powder and curry leaves. Mix it well
7. Add fried chicken to the Pan and give it a good stir.
8. Serve it Hot.
