Marinate Chicken,boneless or with bone -500 gram with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,
2 tbsp of maida,1 tbsp of cornflour, salt ,1 tbsp chilli powder,and 1 egg. Keep it for at least 30 mins.

Fry Chicken pieces and keep it aside.

Take a pan, add 3 to 4 tbsp of oil, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 tbsp of chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of chopped garlic,1 tsp cumin seeds,1 to 2 tbsp of chilli flakes. 1 tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp of garam masala and few curry leaves.Saute well for 5 mins. Now add 1 to 2 tbsp of chilli garlic sauce (if you dont have chilli garlic sauce you can keep4 to 5 garlic in vinegar for 30 mins and crush it with chilli sauce along with vinegar). Saute it for another 2 mins.

Now add fried chicken mix well and cover it for 5 mins.
