1 tsp – Lemon Juice
2 tsp – Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp – Cumin Seed Powder
1 tbsp – Chopped Curry Leaves
¼ to ½ tsp – Pepper Powder
⅛ tsp – Turmeric Powder

1 to 2 tbsp – Oil
½ tsp – Mustard Seeds
½ tsp – Cumin Seeds
2 Big Garlic Cloves (sliced)
