Boneless Chicken – 500 gms
Salt – to taste
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Thick Curd – 2 tsp
Egg – 1 no
Corn flour – 4 tbsp
Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil – 1 cup /as needed for frying
Garlic Chopped – 2 tbsp
Green Chilly – 4-5 nos
Curry Leaves – 1 stalk
Dry Red Chilly – 6 nos
Red Chilli Paste – 2 tbsp
Beetroot – 1 pc
