Chicken Adobo Recipe ⬇️
Chicken thighs/breasts (season w/ salt & black pepper)
2-4 bay leaves
Whole peppercorns or black pepper
Onion
Garlic (3 cloves)
Soy Sauce 1/2 cup
Dark Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
Vingar 1/4 cup
Optional: green onion, salt, & sugar (if you prefer it tasting sweeter)
TIP: Add some water when cooking the chicken then let the sauce reduce down. DO NOT cook on high heat or you’ll end up with burnt soy sauce.
