Chicken Adobo Recipe
Chicken, 4 legs and 3 thighs bone-in
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1/2 C Canola Oil, for frying
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Chili powder
7 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/2 C Pineapple juice
1/4 C Soy sauce
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Vinegar
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
3 bay leaves
3 1/4 C Water
