Adobong Manok is considered as an unofficial National Filipino dish. It is quick and very easy to cook as it has basic ingredients.

Ingredients:
1kg mixed of chicken wings & thigh
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ground pepper
4 Bay leaves
1/2 cup of Soy sauce
1/4 cup of Vinegar
1/2 tsp Coriander (optional)
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
2 tbsp Oyster sauce (optional)
