Chicken Afghani Recipe| परफेक्ट अफगानी चिकन रेसिपी| How to make Chicken Afghani |Easy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
500 – 600 gms Chicken pieces
1/2 cup coriander leaves
8 – 10 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger piece
3 – 4 green chillies
lemon juice 1 tspn
1 onion chopped
1 Cup yogurt
1 Cup cream (You can reduce quantity of cream if you wish)
1 tspn black pepper powder
1 tspn chat masala
2 tspn kasoori methi
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
2 cloves
For coal smoke – a small piece of coal, 1 green cardamom, 2 cloves, 1/2 tspn butter
(This step is optional)
