Chicken Alfredo Bread Boats
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Alfredo White Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Mon Salwa Chicken crispy shots as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Assembling:
-Artisan bread
-Makhan (Butter) soft
-Italian seasoning
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Prepared Alfredo white sauce
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped
-Corn kernels boiled
Directions:
Alfredo White Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for a minute.
-Gradually add milk & whisk continuously.
-Add black pepper powder,salt and garlic powder,whisk well & cook until sauce is thick.
-Add cheddar cheese,whisk until cheese melts & set aside.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken crispy shots on medium flame until golden brown.
Assembling:
-Cut the corners of artisan bread,cut into 2 pieces and make a hollow cavity in center of the bread.
-Apply butter on the hollow cavity of bread with the help of brush.
-Sprinkle Italian seasoning,mozzarella cheese,prepared alfredo white sauce,fresh coriander,tomato,corn kernels,fried chicken crispy shots,corn kernels,tomato,prepared alfredo white sauce,mozzarella cheese & sprinkle Italian seasoning on top (makes 4).
-On baking tray,place butter paper & stuffed bread boats and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 12 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Maida dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein.
-Kali mirch powder,namak aur lehsa powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur sauc garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Cheddar cheese dal dein aur cheese melt hunay tak ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken crispy shots ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Assembling:
-Artisan bread ka corners cut ker ka 2 pieces mein cut ker lein aur bread ka center mein hollow cavity bana lein.
-Hollow cavity mein brush ki madad sa makhan laga lein.
-Italian seasoning,mozzarella cheese,tayyar alfredo white pasta,hara dhania,tamatar,corn kernels,fried chicken crispy shots,corn kernels,tamatar,tayyar alfredo sauce,mozzarella cheese aur itanlain seasoning dal dein (makes 4).
-Baking tray per butter paper laga ker stuffed bread boats rakh dein aur preheated oven mein 180 C per 12 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
