Chicken Alfredo Pasta:
INGREDIENTS
Penne pasta boiled 2 cups
Chopped onions 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Crushed black peppercorns ½ tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Thyme a pinch
Cooking cream 1 cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes ¼ tsp
Spring onion thinly sliced 1 tsp
FOR GRILL CHICKEN
Chicken breast 1 piece
Worstershire sauce ½ tsp
HP sauce 1 tsp
Salt a pinch
Tabasco ½ tsp
Thyme a pinch
Rosemary a pinch
Olive oil 1 tbsp
METHOD
In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic, chopped onions, salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, red chili flakes and chicken powder. Sauté for half a minute. Add cooked paste, toss it and then add cooking cream. Cook for a minute. Transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with spring onion and grilled chicken.
METHOD FOR GRILL CHICKEN
Marinate the chicken breast with the given ingredients and left for half an hour. Then grill the chicken breast in the grilling pan.
Chicken Malai Handi:
INGREDIENTS
Chicken boneless (cubes) ½ chicken
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Green cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nutmeg a pinch
Oil ½ cup
Cooking cream 1 cup
FOR TOMATO ONION PASTE
Tomatoes 3 pieces
Onion 1 large
Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
Coconut powder 1 tbsp
METHOD FOR TOMATO ONION PASTE
Take a pot add 2 tbsp oil, add chopped onion, tomatoes and green chili. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add coconut powder and blend in a blender to make a paste.
METHOD FOR CHICKEN
Take oil a pot and add tomato onion paste, ginger garlic paste and all the other remaining ingredients except cooking cream. Cook until the chicken gets tender. Now add cooking cream and cook for another minute. Serve.
Pepper Sause:
INGREDIENTS:
Cooking cream 1 cup
Chopped onions 2 tbsp
Crushed black peppercorns ½ tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 1 tsp
Brown sugar ¼ tsp
Beef powder 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
METHOD:
Melt butter in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté for 20 minutes. Then add crush pepper and sauté for half a minute more. Add remaining ingredients and cooking cream. Cook until it becomes thick. Lastly serve with grilled chicken.
