Chicken barra recipe
Chicken marination
Half kg chicken
Half cup yogurt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 & half tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp fried ground onion
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp ground spices (garam masala)
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Juice of 1 lemon
2 chopped green chilli
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
8-10 curry leaves chopped
Marinate for 1 hour
To cook chicken.:
2 tbsp butter
Cook chicken until dry
Grill chicken on gas stove
Make gravy.:
50 ml oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Sauté well
2 tomato puree
1 onion fried & ground
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
Cook for 2-3 minutes
Or until oil separated
Add 10 cashews paste
1 cup water
Cook for 2 minutes
Add cooked chicken
Add 1/2 cup fresh cream
Lastly add
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ground spices
1 tsp kasuri methi
Then serve hot
