INGREDIENTS:
for Marination
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp dry roasted Fenugreek leaves
2 pinches turmeric powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp green chilli and coriander paste
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2-3 pinches orange food colour
100g yogurt
1 lemon’s juice
1 kg chicken
¼ cup Oil for frying
For gravy:
100g yogurt
100-150 ml fresh cream
6 green chillies paste
½ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
