Ingredients and Method
500grams Chicken
Marinate with 1 teaspoon Salt & 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Mix well and set aside for 30 mins
In a pan
Add 1 tbson coriander seeds
1 tbapn fennel seeds
5 to 7 cloves
8 to 10 peppercorns
4 green cardamom
Dry roast for 2 mins and make a fine powder in blender.
2 tbspn ghee
add marinated chicken pieces and cook for 5 to7 mins both sides
Then in the same an add 1 tbspn oil
1 tbspn cumin seeds
Bayleaf
2 finely chopped onions
1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
Cook until onion is golden brown
Add 2 tomatoe puree
cook for 5 to 7 mins until oil separates
2 Dry red chillies
salt as per taste
Add 1 tbspn kashmiri chilli powder
Dry roasted masala powder
cook for 2 mins
Add 1/2 cup water
Then add the half cooked chicken pieces
cover and cook 15 to 20 mins on low flame.
then Add 1/2 cup beaten yogurt
Let it cook for 10 mins
Finally garnish with Corainder leaves
Serve hot and Enjoy ?
