Chicken – 500 gr
Basmati rice –
500 gr Tomatos –
3 Fried onions –
3 Yogurt –
250 gr biryani masala –
2 tbs ‘ turmeric powder –
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder –
1 tsp garam masala powder –
1/2 tsp red chili powder –
1 tsp Green chilies –
4 star anise –
1 cinnamom stick –
1 inch bay leaves black paper
– 5 Black cardamom
– 1 green cardamom
– 2 cloves
– 5 mace –
1 oil for cooking Food color orange mint leaves pure ghee
2 tbsp Salt to tast Ginger garlic paste
– 2 tbs
