Chicken 1 kg
Onion (sliced) 4 medium
Tomatoes (sliced) 4 medium
Yogurt 250 gms
Ginger & Garlic Paste 4 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 4 tsp
Cumin Powder1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 2 – 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 3/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste
Biryani Masala 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 3/4 tsp
Mango Powder 1 tsp
Dried Plums (aloo bukhara) 8 – 10 nos
Cinnamon Sticks 2 nos
Black Cardamom 2 nos
Green Cardamom 3 nos
Cloves 5- 6 nos
Black Pepper Corns 1 tsp
Bay Leaves (tez patta) 4 nos
Oil 1 cup
Fried Onions 1/2 cup
Rice 1 kg (soaked & boiled until 3/4 done)
Zarda ka Rang 1 tsp
Kewra Water 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup
Green Chillies 8 – 10 nos
