Simple Chicken Biryani For Beginners | Super Easy Chicken Biryani Recipe.

Green Cardamom – 4
Mace – 1/2 piece
Black Cardamom – 1
Cinnamon Stick – 2 inches
Cloves – 5
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Biryani Masala Powder – 2 tbsp
Yogurt – 200 grams
Coriander Seeds Powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
For Rice
Basmati Rice – 1 kg
Water – 3 to 4 liters
Green Cardamom – 4
Bay Leaf – 1
Cinnamon Stick – 2 inches
Salt – 1 tbsp
Clarified Butter – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Boil Rice With Given ingredients cook upto 70 percent drain the water and spread over chicken add color as per your choice , fried onion , Ghee _ 2tbsp ,Add Half cup of water to develop steam so that the chicken cook s nicely Cover the lid cook for 5 minutes on high flame and then for 50 minutes on low flame.
