Chicken Bobo an Authentic Brazilian recipe made using Yucca/Cassava and coconut milk etc., we have modified a little as per our taste buds, if you like yucca or want to try a different chicken recipe this is a must try dish. Very tasty, creamy and rich gravy goes well with white rice, chappathi, roti, naan etc., do try this delicious Chicken bobo and share your thoughts below.
Ingredients:
Chicken 900 gm
Palm oil 1-2 tbsp
Yucca/Cassava 1 medium size
Coconut milk 400 ml
Onion 1 sliced
Tomato 1 1/2
Garlic 3-5 cloves minced
Ginger 1/2 inch minced
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tspn
Kashmiri chilli powder as needed per taste
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
சிக்கன் 900 கிராம்
பாமாயில் 1-2 மே.க
யூக்கா/மரவள்ளிக்கிழங்கு 1
தேங்காய் பால் 400 மி.லி
வெங்காயம் 1 நறுக்கியது
தக்காளி 1 1/2
பூண்டு 3-5 பற்கள் நறுக்கியது
இஞ்சி 1/2 இன்ச் நறுக்கியது
எலுமிச்சை சாறு 1/2 எலுமிச்சை
மஞ்சள் தூள் 1/4 தே.க
காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய்த் தூள் தேவைக்கேற்ப
சுவைக்கேற்ப உப்பு
கொத்துமல்லி இலை
